The GeekWire Summit is back on Oct. 19 — with a plot twist.
We’re reinventing our annual technology conference, now in its 12th year, with a half-day format focused on the new era of artificial intelligence, and a new venue, the beloved former Cinerama in Seattle.
GeekWire is honored and excited to host the first public event at the movie theater since its acquisition by the Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF), which will build on Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen’s legacy at the theater.
Tickets are available now. Register here or below to attend the GeekWire Summit.
The event will feature leading speakers on artificial intelligence on the afternoon of Thursday, Oct. 19, followed by a special evening screening of a surprise feature film for attendees, in line with the theme of the day.
Yes, Cinerama fans, there will be chocolate popcorn. Plus lots of food for thought, in the form of the insights and inspiration that have made this signature GeekWire event a staple of the tech calendar in Seattle and beyond.
Looking ahead, we’re planning to present future versions of this event on a more regular cadence, with a similar half-day format. We’ve heard consistent feedback from attendees that this type of schedule is a better fit in the new era of work, and we’re excited to adapt our approach and experiment with a new format.
Stay tuned for more details on the lineup for the upcoming event, and in the meantime, register here or below for the 2023 GeekWire Summit. We’re looking forward to seeing you Oct. 19 in Seattle.
