ClearSlide, a San Francisco-based company backed with $90 million in venture funding from Greylock Partners, Social + Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners and Felicis Ventures, has established a new office in downtown Seattle.
The company is growing fast, doubling its customer base in the past year. Customers now using the service include LinkedIn, Intuit, Expedia, Comcast, Rackspace, and The Wall Street Journal.
“With this newest round of funding, we will build upon the huge momentum we’ve seen over the past few years and plan to use funds to expand our platform,” said Al Lieb, CEO of ClearSlide, at the time of a $50 million funding rounding last year. “We are working to redefine the modern sales team and dramatically improve our customers’ sales productivity,”
It becomes the latest Bay Area company to arrive in Seattle, picking the region because of its strong talent base. Other companies that have recently established offices in the region are Palantir, Dropbox and Apple.
