Bellevue, Wash.-based contract management software company Icertis recently added two new executives: Anand Subbaraman as chief operating officer and Jay Lee as chief marketing officer.
Subbaraman, based in India, was previously president at BrowserStack and spent 17 years at Oracle in various executive roles.
Lee was most recently chief marketing officer at tax software giant Avalara. He also worked at PayPal, Swift Financial, Aimia, American Express, and GE.
Founded in 2009, Icertis said this year it recently passed $250 million in annual recurring revenue. It was reportedly valued at $5 billion in 2021. The company has raised more than $300 million to date. Investors include heavyweights such as SAP and SoftBank.
Other key personnel changes across the Pacific Northwest tech industry:
— Terry Boyle, the former CEO of Zulily, joined resale company Trove as its new CEO. Boyle led Zulily from March 2022 to October 2023, a tumultuous period for the former Seattle online retailer that filed for bankruptcy last year and had its assets acquired by Beyond in March.
— Simran Suri joined venture capital firm Maveron as a senior associate. Suri, based in New York City, was previously a senior associate at Equal Ventures. Maveron has offices in Seattle and San Francisco.
— Summer Burt, a former marketing leader at Blue Nile, joined Seattle-area sauna and cold plunge company Redwood Outdoors as chief marketing officer.
— Tony Perrotta, a former exec at healthcare companies Rhapsody and Orion Health, joined Kirkland, Wash.-based MacroHealth as chief financial officer.
— Nick Quinlan, former chief operating officer at Major League Hacking, was named executive director at Washington Business Week, a nonprofit that helps high school students learn professional and financial skills.
