.— Allan Golston joined the board of directors at Bellevue, Wash.-based contract lifecycle management company Icertis. He has served as the president of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for more than 17 years. Golston also sits on the board of Stryker Corporation and Harley-Davidson.
— Costco announced Wednesday that CEO Craig Jelinek will step down. His last day is Jan. 1. Jelinek has led the retail giant since 2012. Ron Vachris, president and COO, will take over as CEO.
— Seattle computational biotech company Vilya named Cyrus Harmon as CEO. He previously was founder and chief research officer at Olema Oncology, a biotech company focusing on the development and commercialization of therapies for women’s cancers.
— Beth Kester-Warner was named vice president of people at Seattle ag-tech startup Carbon Robotics. She previously was senior global manager of recruiting and sourcing at Seattle cybersecurity startup ExtraHop.
— Seattle-based National Nordic Museum announced on Monday that executive director and CEO Eric Nelson plans to retire next July. He has held the position for more than 15 years.
