Hofmann, previously SVP of corporate development and strategy, replaces Allen Parker, who has transitioned to an advisory role and will stay in that role through the first quarter of 2024.
Hofmann joined ZIllow in 2017. He will report to CEO Rich Barton and oversee finance, corporate development, strategy and investor relations teams. Hofmann was previously a VP at Goldman Sachs and BBR Partners.

— Ring founder Jamie Siminoff, who stepped down from the Amazon-owned company in March, will become CEO at proptech startup Latch later this year.
